Visit to the Christmas Market

Visit to the Christmas Market

We had a wonderful day at the Galway Christmas Market today.

We walked from Renmore in along the railway line, we had to solve some maths puzzles on the way, in order to continue in our walk, we took photos on a sleigh, ate a mini doughnut each, had lunch in Eyre Square shopping centre, listened to the Senior School sign language carol singers outside Ryans, went on the carousel, took a photo inside a snow globe, took a picutre with Santa and Mrs. Claus, saw the statue of Padraig O’Connaire, visited the railway station and then walked home again along the railway line.

It was the best day ever.  We will sleep well tonight!

A huge Thank You to Mr. Gleeson (our Home School Liaison teacher) and Mr. Moran for taking us on such a great trip today..and of course to our teachers Ms. Cunningham, Ms. McLoughlin and Maggie.
