Making St. Brigid’s Crosses

St. Brigid’s Day and the first day of spring fall on February 1st.

We have heard some of the stories of St. Brigid.  Today we made St. Brigid’s crosses.

We used paper rather than rushes but these crosses are all made in the same way:
