Rethink your drink!

Last week we were shocked when we measured how much sugar is in different drinks that we know. We measured the amount of sugar in each drink and put the exact amount of sugar in clear bags so that we could see how much sugar we are consuming if we drink those drinks!

We all agreed that water is the healthiest drink we can drink – and it’s so good for us. We are all going to try our best to cut down on fizzy drinks and drink water instead of fizzy drinks.
