We launched a snowman projectile (rocket) with air under pressure.
Although it looks like a rocket, it is in fact a projectile.

The fizzy tablet dissolves in water making bubbles of Carbon Dioxide.
This gas builds up inside the rocket until the pressure is too much and it explodes.
