We had a wonderful day today, with our visit to Galway City Library and to the Town Hall Theatre for a showing of Scéal an Lae.
We were delighted to have stories read to us in the library, and of course we got to choose and read some books of our own.

In the Town Hall Theatre we saw a great show by Branar called "Scéal an Lae", a story about a day in the life of the actor. We really loved the live music by Galway Music Residency musicians, the background showing all our actors thoughts, and of course the wonderful actor and the beautiful Irish that he was speaking.
Maybe the highlight of our trip was the absolutely torrential rain that fell as we walked from the Town Hall Theatre to our buses at the Catherdral. We were soaked to the skin!
