We made butter the old-fashioned way. We shook jars of double cream until the fat in the cream stuck together, changing cream into butter. Ms. McLoughlin added some salt too and then we spread it on crackers and added a few sprinkles. It was delicious altogether. Our morning was spent learning history and science with a bit of PE learned too! What a great day.
