All 1st classes had a wonderful tour to Athenry Heritage Centre, Athenry castle and playground.
We especially loved the archery, the maze and the dressing up in medieval costumes for a historical drama (in which we were the stars).
We had a very short visit to the castle but unfortunately didn't have time to play in the playground.
Maybe we can go on a visit again with our parents.
It was the BEST DAY EVER!
