Chatting With Scientists

After completing the Fantastic DNA workshop with NUIG’s Cell Explorers, we had a chance to Zoom chat to the scientists who worked on this project (Janic who made the videos for our Banana DNA workshop and his friend and fellow scientist Obediah).

They were SO nice and answered all our questions so well.  We got a chance to ask more questions about DNA, and also to ask questions about being a scientist and working in a laboratory.  We even had a virtual tour of their lab when they panned their cameras around to show us everything.  We were most impressed with the giant walk-in-fridge and the fume-extractor-hood.
