We have been talking about gravity and air resistance. We know that parachutes don’t stop you falling, but they slow your fall to earth when you jump or fall from an aeroplane.
Today we were talking about materials and which materials are suitable for making parachutes.
We had a chance to design our own parachutes, and then we timed them as they fell to ground.
