Earlier this year in Ms Molloy’s 2nd Class, we conducted an experiment to determine if there are fats in milk.
We used washing-up liquid (enzymes) to break up the fats in the milk; and food colouring to add colour so that we could see all the action!
It was amazing to watch the fats in the milk dance around on our plates as the enzymes in the fairy liquid broke them up!
