Making Cheese With a Biochemist

One of the mammies in our class is a biochemist.  She came to our class today to talk about how biochemistry is such an important area to study.  She showed us how to make cottage cheese from warm milk and lemons.

Now we can understand the nursery rhyme “Little Miss Muffett sat on her tuffet,  Eating her curds and whey”.  We have now tasted curds and whey.  Some of us thought they were delicious!
