We have been learning about Fionn and the Fianna, and about old castles. At school we have been drawing castle plans. At home, as a home project, we have been designing and making our own castles.
We love making them, and then showing them to our classmates. We might have a class display and invite the other classes to come and visit if we get a few more.
We even pretented that we were trying to sell our castles. We had to suggest a price and then tell the buyer (teacher) about all the best features of the castle. Teacher found it very difficult to choose which one she would buy!
