We had an amazing flight lesson with Mr. Tony Monaghan in Northern Ireland. He used to work for Bombardier and now he is a teacher, and gives lessons to children on “flight”.
We learned about the history of flight, about how aeroplanes fly and the different parts of an aeroplane, about the Bernoulli principle and about kite flying. It was SO interesting. Many thanks to our partner class in Fivemiletown, Northern Ireland, for letting us join this lesson with them. We learned so much!
