We are learning the names of lots of 2D and 3D shapes:
2D = circle, square, rectangle, triangle, star, oval, semi-circle, hexagon, pentagon
3D = sphere, cube, cuboid, cylinder, triangular pyramid, square pyramid, triangular prism, hexagonal prism
We made some lovely printed pictures with our 3D shapes. When we print with a 3D shape the print comes out as a 2d shape. Interesting!
